Scopes
Design of an office area on two floors and 1200 m2. The uses were general offices and R&D offices.
Project challenges
The current warehouse is a 15,000 m2 warehouse, with almost no services for industrial production. The ship has LEED Gold Certification that had to be maintained in the proposed project. The areas were selected after making a prior allocation of spaces necessary for production within the warehouse.
