Scopes
Design of a new warehouse to house a new cold room and six storage silos and process tanks. Design of the foundation slab of the warehouse for better insulation and therefore better performance of the refrigeration systems. Improvement of insulation and adaptation of the cold areas, as well as the finished product loading areas.
Civil works of the Maneuver Yard, redesign of the vehicular circulation in the plant. Support for bidding and construction contracting. Supervision of the work and cost control.
Project challenges
The start of construction was carried out between citrus production seasons, allowing critical works not to interfere with the Plant's production. Global planning was organized to carry out the installations without affecting production.
