Scopes
Engineering: review of the conceptual project prepared by the Client at its headquarters in Germany and Review of the executive project carried out by the Construction Company in charge of construction.
Supervision: General construction supervision, project quality control, execution cost control and end-of-work closure.
Project challenges
This project was affected in its construction by the pandemic, resulting in total stoppages and periods of partial work with extraordinary measures.
Even so, the effect of the Pandemic could be limited so that the project only accumulated a delay of six months.
