ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY
At PSP, we believe it's possible to conduct business ethically and honestly. That's why we are committed to creating and promoting a work environment where our leaders, employees, and collaborators adhere to the laws and standards set by our internal guidelines.
With this Anti-Corruption Policy, measures were implemented and elements were established to identify, analyze, and prevent corruption risk factors in PSP's work operations, with the aim of ensuring transparency and compatibility with the best practices in the sector.
ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
This policy ensures a safe work environment, free from violence, that fosters the dignified work of all our employees and collaborators, while also respecting the right of employees not to suffer retaliation or other undue consequences for using the complaint mechanisms provided in this policy.
Resolutions, measures, and resources were implemented to eliminate workplace violence, which can manifest in three forms: workplace bullying, sexual harassment, and sexual harassment.
HUMAN RIGHTS POLICY
It establishes the elements to identify, prevent, and mitigate adverse impacts that we may have on human rights, avoiding that our activities cause or contribute to causing negative consequences.
